I recently joined FITNESS FIRST in RSC Makati [link] because I so wanna have that perfect body once the 'special day' arrives.

I almost passed out on my second day because I spent 15 minutes walking/running on the treadmill (hey, I'm a n00b at this) but I hope that I'd be able to workout better and burn more FLABS. LoL!
